Stuart S. Prince serves as Senior Managing Director, Residential for Peterson Companies and serves on the Company’s Investment Committee. As head of the Residential Department, Stuart oversees all aspects of the Company’s multifamily and residential lot development projects, which includes nearly twenty projects and over 5,500 housing units in Virginia and Maryland.  He also has extensive experience in mixed-use development, community association formation and management, and finance.

Prior to his 20 years at Peterson Companies, Stuart was an associate at the law firm, Latham & Watkins LLP.

Stuart earned his AB degree in History from Duke University and a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law at American University.
