Nancy McGrath is a Senior Advisor and Trustee for Peterson Companies and the Peterson family and serves on the Company’s Enterprise, Executive, Investment and Finance Committees. Nancy is focused on strategic planning for both the Company and the Enterprise as well as overseeing the family office, estate planning and family matters.

As the former General Counsel and a valued employee of Peterson Companies for more than 30 years, Nancy has been involved in all aspects of real estate development including the structuring of complex mixed-use projects, land and building acquisition and disposition, joint ventures, financing, construction, leasing, project management, and operations.  She also provided advice on general business, strategic and corporate matters.

Nancy received her BA degree magna cum laude in History and Political Science from Duke University and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia Law School.

FUN FACT: Nancy is an avid Duke basketball fan.
