Midlothian Self Storage is located within the Bon Air area of Chesterfield County, Virginia. This one-story, climate-controlled facility will total 125,800 SF and offer 637 units, serving residents throughout southwest Richmond and Chesterfield County. Construction is currently underway, with the facility expected to open in Q4 2027.
