Valley Innovation Park

Valley Innovation Park is 145-acre industrial site strategically located along the I-81 corridor in Winchester, Virginia. With direct access to I-81 and just 10 minutes from the Virginia Inland Port, the campus is designed to support advanced manufacturing, logistics, and distribution users seeking efficient East Coast connectivity. Positioned within a one-day drive of approximately 60% of the U.S. population, Valley Innovation Park offers a highly competitive location that is further enhanced by access to CSX rail, a deep regional labor pool, and attractive state and local workforce incentives. A 90 MW substation is currently in development, providing critical infrastructure to support high-demand industrial and manufacturing users.
