NoVa’s 10 Most Anticipated Restaurants of 2025

NORTHERN VIRGINIA MAGAZINE – We’ve scoured the region to compile a list of the hottest new restaurants opening soon in a town near you. Here are 10 newcomers we’re excited for in 2025.

Fairfax – Chef Matt Hill is expanding his popular restaurant to Fairfax Corner. Ruthie’s All-Day has been listed in Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top 50 Best Restaurants since 2021, and the new outpost for the all-day diner will be in the Fairfax Corner shopping center, across from REI. Expected in the fall, the menu will be similar to that of its sister restaurant, featuring wood-fired, smoked meats, a wood-grilled hearth, and outdoor patio.
