Michelin-Recommended Dumpling Restaurant Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao Opens New DC-Area Location at National Harbor

KLNB, the Mid-Atlantic’s largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage firm, is excited to share that acclaimed restaurant brand Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao has opened its new location at 180 American Way, Suite L1-16 in National Harbor. KLNB Principal Josh Weiner represented Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao to secure the lease, in collaboration with Jerry Johnson of Bennett Williams Retail serving as co-broker and master broker for the tenant. Tony Summers represented the landlord, Peterson Companies.

The Michelin-recommended restaurant signed the lease in 2024 for the 6,253-square-foot space, which will welcome guests to experience its celebrated Northern Chinese cuisine, signature soup dumplings, and a full bar service at the premier waterfront destination.
