Inova just landed an 8-figure gift from a big-name donor. Here’s what it’s doing with the money.

WASHINGTON BUSINESS JOURNAL – Inova Health System just landed another substantial donation from big names in Greater Washington’s real estate world, putting the system closer to its $75 million fundraising goal.

This month the Falls Church nonprofit received $20 million from the Peterson family of the Fairfax-based Peterson Cos. to provide continued financial backing for a cancer support program and help fund the expansion of its flagship hospital.
