‘Air Force One Experience’ at National Harbor gives glimpse into presidential travel

Though the actual Air Force One is kept at Joint Base Andrews, a full-size 747 replica of the famous plane is now on display roughly 10 miles away at National Harbor.

The exhibit is part of the Children’s Democracy Project.

On Monday morning the plane made its way from Mt. Vernon to the National Harbor on a barge along the Potomac River.
