We continue to monitor the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities and in an effort to do our part as corporate citizens to limit potential exposure, Peterson Companies has decided to implement a tele-work policy for all employees. Our corporate office in Fair Lakes will remain closed through April 30, 2020. Although our corporate office is closed, we remain fully operational and our team of professionals are readily available to ensure support for our tenants, vendors and customers during this time.  Our intention is to conduct business as normal as possible through phone and video conferencing. We will keep you informed of any future updates to this policy.

As this situation rapidly evolves, we will continue to reevaluate our operations and make decisions that are founded in the best interests of the health and safety of our partners and employees.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to impact the communities we serve, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our shoppers, tenants, staff and vendors is our top priority.  Our teams continue to carefully monitor the progression of coronavirus (COVID-19) and remain in contact with Offices of Emergency Management in each jurisdiction where we operate.

Many of the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are already built into our daily cleaning routines. Given the level of potential threat, we are working closely with our contracted vendors and will continue to maintain and clean all centers not just to our normal high standards but also in accordance with CDC’s additional recommended practices. This includes cleaning and disinfecting common area handrails, furniture, public restrooms, elevators, interior office common areas and parking garage elevators and handrails.

We will be proactive in evaluating our upcoming event schedule, and will determine which events should occur as scheduled and those that should be postponed or canceled as this situation evolves. We will maintain communication with our customers and tenants regarding these events through our website, social media pages and email newsletter.

This situation is evolving daily, and we will continue to review our procedures and operations, with guidance from local, state and national health agencies, to promote a safe environment.
