Tanger Outlets at National Harbor Receives Planning Board Approval
As a quick follow-up to my blog post from a few days ago… last Thursday, the Prince Georges County Planning Board unanimously approved the Conceptual Site Plan (CSP) for Tanger Outlets at National Harbor. This is a major milestone in our efforts to bring this project to fruition and we are grateful to our team members, community leaders and county officials who worked tirelessly to make it happen.

You can see some of the media coverage we’ve received on our In The News page, and I’ve also included links to some of them below.

We welcome your comments and look forward to continuing the dialogue in the coming weeks/months.

Next Step
I am really excited about Tanger coming to my community. I know that your application for subdivision was approved recently. When do you anticipate that the DSP will presented to the PG Planning Board for approval? How long after that will you break ground? Thanks.
Great News and Parking
Tanger Outlet will be great addition. Please consider reducing parking rates to $1.00 an hour on the street and in the garage at National Harbor. The rates are exhorbiant and extremely unfair. I think you would attract more visitors and VA residents with a lower parking rate. People are not tempted to shop or consider the venues because the parking rates are viewed as predatory.
