The Peterson Companies seeks an energetic Assistant/Analyst working with the VP of Retail Asset Management and Property Managers. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in a professional environment (real estate preferred), must have excellent analytical skills and be proficient in Excel’ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; must be detail oriented and have ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Position provides both administrative and analytical support to managers to include assisting with studies, compiling data, creating and formatting reports; tenant contact, coordinating pricing/bidding, and processing invoices.
